|Summary||Design services for station forecourts|
The Department of Transport's (DOT) Urban Redevelopment and Transport Infrastructure Coordination (URTIC) Unit (the Client for this consultancy) in collaboration with the Department of Planning and Community Development (DPCD), is responsible for the delivery of three forecourts for the redeveloped Footscray station precinct. The forecourts will complement the main project in the station precinct, the construction of a new footbridge which is proposed to commence in March 2009. These are key elements of the State Government's Central Activities District initiative.
The Supplier is to undertake design and delivery contract administration services for the station forecourts.

Services Purpose Summary
The Client requires the provision of design and contract administration/delivery services for the station forecourts. It is intended that the forecourts be delivered by the footbridge contractor, as a variation to this contract however an option is to be provided for oversight of delivery as a standalone delivery contract.
