Oakville School District Request For Architect And Engineer Qualifications Capital Projects At Oakville Schools.
In accordance with chapter 39.80 RCW, Oakville School District is utilizing the Request for Qualifications process for acquiring architectural and certain engineering services. The District invites you to submit your firm’s qualifications for architectural and engineering services for the
design, construction administration, and related services for various renovation and remodel projects at Oakville Middle and High School and replacement of Oakville Original Elementary Building.
The district is seeking architectural and engineering services to assist the District in planning, designing, and construction of various projects. The projects will be funded by a capital improvement bond passed by the voters Feb. 2020 and as well as OSPI SCAP funding. Oakville Elementary, Middle and High Schools, located at 103 School Street, Oakville, WA are single-story buildings constructed between 1963 and 1990 and are approximately 62,947 SF. The Annex, Aux Gym, Commons, Shop, and New Gym & Lockers have masonry exterior walls. The 1975 high school also has masonry exterior walls, but the roof is held up by a series of steel columns on each side. The elementary is a wood framed constructed building.
